Organization:
The Organization
Committee works to get everyone assisting each other with a common
goal. The people of this committee help set forth common-sense
formulas for volunteer-driven programs and organizational structure
to boards and committees.
Promotion:
The
Promotions Committee works to help sell the image and promise of
Main Street to all prospects. By marketing the district's
unique characteristics to shoppers, investors, new businesses, and
visitors, this committee helps organize marketing and advertising
strategies, retail promotional activity, and special events.
Design:
Design means getting Main Street into top physical shape. This
committee works to help Main Street capitalize on its best assets
such as historical buildings and traditional downtown layout, and
much more. The Design Committee helps create an inviting
atmosphere through window displays, parking areas, signs, sidewalks,
etc.
Economic Restructuring:
This committee works to
find a new purpose for Main Street's enterprises by helping existing
downtown businesses with expansion and recruiting new businesses to
respond to today's market. This committee helps convert unused
space into productive property.

origination in 2004 as Promotion Committee Chair and Executive
Director since 2006. Catherine is eager to assist you with your main
